          The controller of personal data is Inox-Instal Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Ostrowite, at ul. Jęczmienna 10, 83-022 Ostrowite, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000846532.

          This Privacy Policy is intended to explain how we collect, process, and protect the personal data of individuals using our services, products, and visiting our website www.inoxinstal.com

  1. How We Obtain Data:

          We collect personal data in the following ways:
                • Through the contact form on our website,
                • Automatically via cookies when using our website,
                • During the processing of orders and transactions with clients, contractors, or suppliers,
                • Through communication with clients (e.g., via email or telephone),
                • When entering into contracts with employees or collaborating with other companies (B2B agreements)

  1. Scope of Collected Data and Purpose of Processing:
    • Personal data obtained directly from the website user via the “Contact” tab, email address, or telephone. Personal data collected through the contact form are processed based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. The controller processes personal data such as: full name or company name, email address, and telephone number.

          Purpose of processing:

    1. To present an offer regarding the range and type of services provided by the Controller,
    2. To review the content of a message sent by the website user through the contact form,
    3. To fulfil orders and production commissioned by the user.
    • Personal data obtained through browsing the website
      Such data are collected while visiting the website and are processed based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR for the purposes of ensuring the proper functioning of the website, securing it, adapting services to users’ needs, and for statistical purposes.
      The Controller may process data such as: information collected through cookies (as described below), IP address/device identifier, browser type and version, operating system, geographic location, and information about the date and time of website visits.

Personal data of users of the website www.inoxinstal.com may be disclosed to employees or associates of the Controller and other entities providing services to the Controller, where necessary for the type and purpose of data processing, in particular to entities providing website maintenance services.
The Controller will not transfer personal data to entities other than those indicated above, unless required by applicable law.

After the relevant periods expire, the data are permanently deleted or anonymized.

    • Access their data – to obtain confirmation from the Controller whether their personal data are being processed and, if so, access such data and related information,
    • Rectify data – to request correction of inaccurate data,
    • Data portability – to receive personal data provided to the Controller in a commonly used, machine-readable format and to transfer those data to another controller,
    • Erasure of data – to request deletion of data; the Controller is obliged to erase data if the circumstances indicated in Article 17 of the GDPR apply,
    • Restriction of processing – to request restriction of data processing under the conditions indicated in Article 18 of the GDPR,
    • Withdraw consent – to withdraw previously granted consent; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out prior to withdrawal,
    • Object to processing – to object to processing based on Article 6(1)(e) or (f) of the GDPR for reasons related to their particular situation.
